Chef Jordi Cruz received his first Michelin star in November 2002, becoming at 24 years old the youngest chef in the country and the second youngest in the world to receive this distinction.
From that moment on, a bright future within the Spanish culinary scene was promised.
In May 2010, he joined the management team of ABaC Restaurant & Hotel, and in November 2017 obtained his third Michelin star for the ABaC Restaurant.
