Launched in spring 2018 on the corner of Rue Pergolèse and Avenue Malakoff, Bistrot Pergo is known above all for its seasonal cuisine of exemplary quality and freshness. The decision to source directly from the very best farmers, market gardeners, bakers and so on, has much to with this. The Ferme du Ponclet in Brittany, for example, supplies the restaurant with its three-week-aged ancient breed beef. Also worth a mention are the Squid à la Plancha, the Skate à la Grenobloise, the Braised Breast of Veal, the Scallop Risotto and the Magret of Duck in Liquorice.
Located a few steps from Porte Maillot and Avenue Foch, this bistro has a local feel to it and a no-fuss atmosphere which is always warm and friendly. For the décor, wall tiles and natural oak have been used, with large mirrors, globe lamp fixtures and 1930s posters for a very nice retro look.
Sommelier: Fabien Marcorelles
We especially love…: the home-made Millefeuille, prepared to order, and the ultra-comfortable stools for lunches at the counter.
