In Versailles, the luxurious Trianon Palace hotel on the edge of the château grounds is home to a remarkable Michelin-starred restaurant. The menu has been created by Gordon Ramsay, the renowned Scottish chef with 31 restaurants around the world and whose eponymous restaurant in London boasts 3 Michelin stars. Ramsay is also known for his notorious participation in the television show Masterchef. Here, his innovative recipes are brilliantly interpreted at the stove by Frédéric Larquemin, who worked for Alain Ducasse for more than 10 years.
Chef: Frédéric Larquemin
Sommelier: Frédéric Sénéchal
Great features: the perfect service; the rich Versailles-inspired décor, which gives guests the impression of dining in the king’s court.
We especially love…: the chef’s table (for six guests) which has an incredible view through glass of the kitchen, allowing you to see the army of kitchen staff in full action; the delicious Chocolate Praline Meringue and Roasted pear with Tangy Blackcurrant.
Recognition: Guide Michelin, Gault & Millau
