The restaurant of the InterContinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hotel has taken on a new dimension since the arrival of famous chef Gordon Ramsay. In the kitchen, he has put Anthony David in charge. On the menu, dishes honour the region’s wonderfully rich variety of produce, like Landais foie gras, beef from Bazas and organic veg from the Basque Country, with the odd influence from over the Channel, such as the Scottish venison loin or English cheeses. And if you are wondering where the name ‘Le Pressoir d’Argent’ comes from, it refers to an extremely rare silver lobster press by Christofle, which is on display inside the restaurant.

Great features: the refined comfort that is so characteristic of luxury hotels.
