Nomicos

Nomicos is the reopened restaurant of chef Jean-Louis Nomicos (formerly Les Tablettes). The venue has been redesigned and now welcomes a maximum of 38 diners instead of 45, for more privacy. The uncluttered, light-coloured décor combines oak floors with Corian® and walnut tables, leather seats, blown glass ceiling lights and high steel arches that divide up the space as needed (e.g. for large tables, privatised spaces, etc.).
The chef prepares a Mediterranean-style cuisine inspired by his childhood memories – he grew up in Marseilles – but employs a purer approach than before that is more immediately accessible, with a very short menu. The scents of the garrigue are very present, along with sun-drenched vegetables, flavours of the sea, black truffles in winter and the white truffles of Alba.
Jean-Louis Nomicos studied beneath Alain Ducasse before being awarded 2 Michelin stars at Restaurant Lasserre.
