Born in Hong Kong, Ringo Chow has been a chef for more than 30 years, in several well-known Chinese restaurants where he perfected his skill in cooking Cantonese dishes and other provincial cuisine. The name Restaurant de Chine refers to the convergence of all these types of Chinese cuisine and specialties from different provinces all over the country. Marinated Pigeon with Huadiao Wine, Wok-fried Lobster with spicy sauce, Roasted Wagyu Beef with dried chili and peppercorn… These authentic yet modern Chinese dishes are cooked from the freshest seasonal ingredients.
