In the hotel facing the Maison de la Radio, Alexandre Giesbert, Julien Ross and their team opened the new Zebra restaurant in spring 2018, replacing the former Zebra Square restaurant of the same address. The expansive venue has been given a more contemporary look that is both stylish and inventive in its use of space and materials (copper, polished wood, marble, etc.), and now has an open kitchen and rôtisserie. The menu is faithful to the great Parisian brasserie classics, with thoughtful interpretations of eggs mimosa, steak tartare with French fries and salad, and sausage and mashed Potatoes. They also serve seafood like oysters, whelks and half-crabs.
