The Bernard family, who have owned this Cru Classé estate since 1983, produce a fabulous white from no more than five hectares of vines. This Sauvignon dominant blend with Sémillon is fermented then aged in small oak barrels for 18 months with a small proportion of new oak. The wine is deeply fruity yet very delicate, displaying citrus, pear and tropical fruits. It has an ample body and creamy texture, balanced by vibrant freshness, and expresses the minerality of this fantastic fine gravel terroir on the edge of Bordeaux.
