In addition to the Michelin-starred Le Pressoir d’Argent, famous chef Gordon Ramsay is in charge of the brasserie at the InterContinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hotel. While it is Anthony David who runs the brasserie’s kitchen, the Gordon Ramsay DNA can be found in the menu – the finest produce of South-West France is beautifully employed in British-inspired dishes like a true Caesar salad or fish & chips. As for the interior, its deep red, bottle green and gold coloured tones are an allusion to the Bordeaux wine world, from the Grands Crus of the Médoc to the sweet nectar of Sauternes.
